The project ends. We do not. Most clients stay on the care plan, and the two people who built the site are the two people who look after it.
- We host and maintain it
- Hosting, updates, backups and monitoring on the £35/month care plan. No contract, cancel any time.
- Small changes are included
- New phone number, updated prices, a fresh photo — send it over and it is usually done the same day.
- You call us, not a helpdesk
- The same two people, on the same email and phone. No ticket number, no account manager.
- Bigger changes are quoted first
- A new page or a new feature gets a fixed price before we touch anything, exactly like the build did.
If it is not listed, it is not going on the invoice. You get the full price in writing after a free preview, and it does not move.
Then £35 per month for hosting, updates and small changes. No contract.
